Whether you are expecting your first child, or a parent to teenagers, we can help you find your meaningful and fulfilling work-life balance.
Book an individual place on our next open programme, and together with a small group of working parents discover simple strategies and psychology tips targeting the anxieties, pressures and conflicting demands of working parenthood.
Organisations can book individual places on our Work. Life. Parent Programme. We also deliver this programme in-house (min. 6 participants per programme).
What’s involved:
The Work. Life. Parent Programme includes three 2-hour interactive group workshops for up to 12 parents. Sessions are energetic, supportive and collaborative, with a focus on identifying the specific actions you can take to live an effective life for you.
Across each of the workshops we will explore how to:
- Re-focus on what and who matters most to you at work and in life
- Identify where your attention and energy is currently going and if that’s serving you well
- Spot the habits and behaviours that could get in the way of your work-life balance
- Strengthen your psychological muscles to build self-belief, resilience and emotional wellbeing
- Commit to small, specific actions that will move you in a meaningful direction
The Work. Life. Parent Programme is for anyone who wants to:
- Find out how to get the balance of work life and family life right for them
- Reconnect with who they are and what they value most personally and professionally
- Identify meaningful work and life goals to focus on next and feel energised working towards them
- Discover everyday tactics for increasing personal confidence, effectiveness and wellbeing at work and in life
- Build a close network of working parents to support them on this journey
